眼窩内壁骨折16例の手術成績

Surgical outcome in 16 cases of medial orbital fracture

　手術を施行した眼窩内壁骨折の16症例について，その症状，CT所見，再建材料，手術方法，術後経過などをまとめた。症状は，複視および眼球陥凹が主なものであったが，ほとんどの症例で良好な経過をたどった。内壁骨折も下壁骨折同様，適応のある症例には積極的に手術を行うのがよいと思われた。

We reviewed 16 operated cases of medial orbital fracture regarding clinical features, computed tomographic findings, method of surgery, surgical material and postsurical outcome. Diplopia and enophthal-mos were major clinical features. Almost all the cases achieved favorable surgical results. Surgery is advocated for medial orbital fracture similar to orbital floor fracture whenever sufficient clinical manifesta-tions are present.
