副咽頭間隙に発生した神経節細胞腫の1症例

Ganglioneuroma of the Parapharyngeal Space:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　副咽頭間隙は局所解剖学的に複雑な場所であり，重要な血管，神経を含んでいる。副咽頭間隙に発生する腫瘍の多くは良性腫瘍であり，神経鞘腫と多形腺腫が大部分を占めている。神経節細胞腫は，一般に腹部交感神経，縦隔，副腎髄質に発生しやすいといわれており，副咽頭間隙に発生することは稀である。今回，私たちは，副咽頭間隙に発生した神経節細胞腫の1症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Ganglioneuroma has rarely been reported in the literature. A 3-year-old male with a neck tumor was referred to our clinic for surgical remo-val of the lesion. Cervical CT and MRI studies suggested a benign tumor originated from the nervous system in the parapharyngeal space. After surgery histopathological studies revealed ganglioneuroma in the parapharyngeal space.

In Europian counries, the parapharyngeal gan-glioneuroma was reported in about 70literatures, and in our country 8 cases were reported. So, it was concluded that the ganlioneuroma in the parapharyngeal space was extremely rare disease.
