はじめに

　悪性腫瘍の眼球転移は，原発巣として乳癌，肺癌の頻度が高いとされており，頭頸部癌による眼球転移の報告は海外を含めても少ない^1,2）。今回，当科で3例目となる顎下腺腺様囊胞癌の眼球転移を経験した。経過を報告するとともに，当科で加療した顎下腺癌の眼球転移，ならびに過去の報告をふまえ，頭頸部癌の眼球転移について検討する。

　Summarizing 30 cases of submandibular carcinoma treated in our department for 30 years, the ocular metastasis was observed in 3 and histological type was adenoid cystic carcinoma（ACC）. Ocular metastasis from head and neck cancer excluding thyroid cancer was most frequently reported in submandibular ACC, while less reported in squamous cell carcinoma. Eight cases of ocular metastasis from submandibular ACC have been reported, and all were involved in choroid and female. Ocular metastasis was regarded as final stage of the condition, but radiation therapy was effective and should be considered positively.
