当科における顎下腺腫瘍33症例の臨床統計

Submandibular gland tumors-clinical analysis of 33 cases

Ⅰ．はじめに

　唾液腺腫瘍は頭頸部腫瘍の約5％を占める^1）といわれている。その中で，耳下腺腫瘍が最多であり，顎下腺腫瘍は耳下腺腫瘍の約20％程度である^2）。今回われわれは，顎下腺腫瘍33症例に対して，臨床統計学的検討を行ったので報告する。

　We reviewed 33 cases of parotid gland tumors treated in our hospital during the past 20 years. They consisted of 27 cases of benign tumors and 6 cases of malignant tumors. Male were 14 and female were 18. The average age of these patients was 54.2 years old. The average period of aware of all tumors was 68.6 months and the average period of aware of benign tumors was 78.7 months and average period of aware of malignant tumor was 23.0 months. 5-year-survival rate was 83％ and 10-year survival rate was 33％ in the 6 malignant tumors.
