はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科診療において，頭頸部領域の疼痛は最も多い症状の1つである。その原因は頭頸部領域の炎症や悪性腫瘍などが多く，耳鼻咽喉科医にとって診断は容易であるが，なかには逆流性食道炎などの消化器疾患や，虚血性心疾患などの循環器疾患，さらには精神疾患などの他科疾患が原因となる場合があり^1），日常診療の際に注意を要する。

　今回われわれは，頭頸部領域の疼痛を主訴とし，初診が耳鼻咽喉科となった虚血性心疾患3例を経験したので報告する。

　We presented three cases of cardiac ischemia complaining of otolaryngological pain. The first and second case complained of strong pharyngeal pain. The third case complained of submandibular pain with discomfort of chest. In all cases, we could not detect any abnormality in oral cavity, pharynx and larynx. Then the possibility of referred pain due to cardiac ischemia, was suspected and coronary angiography was performed. The stenosis of coronary artery was detected, and percutaneous coronary intervention was performed in all case.
