転移性喉頭腫瘍と考えられた2例

Metastatic Neoplasms of the Larynx:A Report of Two Cases

　はじめに

　転移性頭頸部腫瘍は，頸部リンパ節転移を除けば少なく，中でも転移性喉頭腫瘍は非常に少ない^1）。しかしその反面，多彩な部位からの転移が報告されており，耳鼻咽喉科医が日常診療において遭遇する可能性のある疾患でもある。われわれは，転移性喉頭腫瘍と考えられた2例を経験したので報告する。

Case 1: A 61-yaer-old female had metastatic clear cell carcinoma of the kidney. Because of herlung metastases, a laryngeal tumor was resected with YAG-laser for palliative therapy.

Case 2: A 60-year-old male had metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the lung, and he under-went and upper neck dissection.

It is necessary to consider a possibility of com-plete recovery and the improvement of quality of life of the patient when we treat a patient of metastatic tumor of head and neck.
