I．はじめに

　外耳道原発の悪性腫瘍は比較的稀な疾患であるが，その中では扁平上皮癌が最も高頻度で耳垢腺癌はきわめて稀である。

　今回われわれは肺癌および転移性骨腫瘍治療中に左耳の掻痒感，耳漏を訴え，外耳道からの組織診で耳垢腺癌と病理診断された症例を経験したので報告した。

Primary ceruminous adenocarcinoma of the external auditory canal in a 63-year-old male was reported. He had been treated for pleuritis car-cinomatosa and metastatic bone tumors when he was referred to ENT department because of itchy and wet sensation in the left external auditory canal. A granulation-like tumor in the cartilagi-nous portion of the ear canal was found oto-scopically. Histological examination of a specimen taken from the tumor revealed ceruminous adeno-carcinoma which originated from the apocrine gland of the external auditory canal. Cytological findings of the pleural effusion suggested that the origin of these metastatic lesions was different from adenocarcinoma in the external ear canal.
