I．はじめに

　皮脂腺癌は，臨床病理学的に眼瞼に生じるものと眼瞼以外の部位に生じるものに大別され，予後についてもそれぞれ異なるものとして扱われている^1）。眼瞼に生じる場合，マイボーム腺からのものが多く，眼瞼の悪性腫瘍の1～5.5％を占め，予後不良の腫瘍として知られている^2）。一方，眼瞼外皮脂腺癌の発生部位は頭頸部に多く，中でも顔面，特に鼻部，頰部に多いとされている^3）。

　今回われわれは，外耳道に生じた皮脂腺癌の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　Sebaceous carcinoma is an extremely uncommon tumor. Most of these lesions arise in the meibomian glands in the tarsal plates. We reported a case of a 66-year-old man with sebaceous carcinoma in the external auditory canal. The tumor,10 mm diameter,was yellowish,elastic and hard,was surgically removed without any complications.

　Radiotherapy to the sebaceous carcinoma has been controversial. However,postoperative irradiation was performed in this case,and no recurrence,nor complication was revealed. Therefore,the effectiveness of radiotherapy to the sebaceous carcinoma was discussed in the present report.
