原発性扁桃Hodgkin病の1症例

A Case of Primary Hodgkin's Disease of the Tonsils

I．緒言

　頭頸部における悪性リンパ腫はその報告^1,2）のほとんどがnon-Hodgkinリンパ腫で，原発部位としては頸部原発が最も多く，ついでWaldeyer'sringの順である。またWaldcyer's ringに病変をもつ悪性リンパ腫は数多くの報告^3〜6）がみられるが，ほとんどがnon-Hodgkinリンパ腫である。その中で扁桃に原発したHodgkin病の報告はきわめて少ない。

　今回扁桃原発と考えられるHodgkin病を経験したので報告する。

A 65-year-old woman presented with a rightcervical mass. Otolaryngological examinations re-vealed a tonsillar tumor with cervical nodes in the right side. A biopsy of the tonsillar tumor showed Hodgkin's disease. Then, combined chemotherapy(CHOP) and radiation therapy were performed.

The tumor disappeared, and there is no recur-rence.
