- Abstract 文献概要
I．はじめに
上咽頭異物症例の報告は少ないが見逃すことのできない疾患である。経口的に異物を誤嚥した場合，咽頭喉頭のみ精査され上咽頭の精査を怠りがちである。われわれは一度見逃されたが偶然にも発見できた上咽頭異物の症例を経験したので報告する。
An one-year-old girl swallowed a needle acci-dentally, but it was not found in her throat. On x-ray examinations of the chest and abdomen no needle was detected.
However, x-ray examination of her head dis-closed the needle in her nasopharynx and it was removed.
