上咽頭及び喉頭異物（針）の1例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　我々は臨床上，鼻腔及び中咽頭の異物に遭遇することは多いが，上咽頭に介在する異物をみることは少く，小児が鼻腔より誤つて又は面白半分に異物を挿入した際これを除去せんとして慌ててこれを上咽頭に押し込んだり，遇発的事故によるもの等が知られている程度である。私達は，数本の針を飲み嚔をした時1本が上咽頭に迷入し，且つ1度腸に達したものが短時間の間に喉頭部迄移動したと推定される例を経験したので報告する。

Six straight sewing needles were volunta-rily swallowed by a patient, One of them was found lodged in the larynx following a sneeze; the other five were located in the intestinal cavity by x-ray examination and remained without changes for 6 days. On the 7th day 1 needle was expelled through the anus and another one was found to be lodged in the larynx. The mode with which this needle reached the larynx from its origi-nal position in the intestines was studied from various aspects but no definite answer could be reached.
