I．緒言
Weber-Christian病は別名relapsing febrilenodular non-suppurative panniculitisとも呼ばれ，発熱と多発性皮下硬結を主徴とする全身性の脂肪織炎であり，原因不明のまれな疾患である。
今回，われわれは左耳下腺腫脹，頬部腫脹を主訴とし，諸検査の結果Weber-Christian病と考えられる症例を経験したので報告する。
A 66-year-old man was admitted with remittent fever, a swelling of the left cheek and parotid gland. Mild hepatomegaly was observed, and laboratory data revealed increase of LDH, GOT, C-reactive protein. The histological examination of biopsied specimens from the left cheek node showed the presence of panniculitis.
Diagnosis of Weber-Christian disease of localized type in the head and neck was made from the histological findings and clinical pictures.
