はじめに

　非脂腺型リンパ腺腫【non-sebaceous lymphadenoma：NSL】は，主として耳下腺に発生する良性上皮性腫瘍であり，病理組織所見では著明なリンパ浸潤を背景に認め，そのなかに巣状に扁平上皮などの上皮性成分を有するが，脂腺分化を欠く。その発生は非常に稀で，わが国ではいまだ1例の報告も認めない。今回，われわれはこの1症例を経験したので若干の考察を加え報告する。

　Non-sebaceous lymphadenoma（NSL）is an extremely uncommon benign neoplasm of the parotid gland, histologically accompanied by a prominent lymphoid stroma and absence of sebaceous differentiation. Only 27 cases arisen in the parotid glands have been retrieved in English literatures, and this is the first case reported in Japanese issues.

　We reported a NSL case of 70-year-old male who had presented with nontender, painless left parotid mass for a month. After the examinations of ultrasound, CT scan and MRI, superficial parotidectomy was performed and histopathological diagnosis of NSL was obtained. The prognosis has been uneventful without complications.
