乳児の中咽頭後壁より発生した筋肉内脂肪腫の1症例

An infantile case of intramuscular lipoma protruding from the posterior wall of mesopharynx

Ⅰ　はじめに

　筋肉内脂肪腫（intramuscular lipoma）は別名infiltrating lipomaとして知られ，脂肪腫の横紋筋線維へのびまん性浸潤を特徴とする，主に成人男性の四肢の大きな筋肉，特に大腿四頭筋に比較的多く認められ無痛性で緩徐に増殖し^1,2），頭頸部における発生はきわめて稀である。今回われわれは喘鳴を主訴とした乳児の中咽頭発生例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 10 month-old female with intramuscular lipoma protruding from the posterior wall of mesopharynx was presented. This is the first report in published literature. The patient was well without no local recurrence after a 6-year follow-up period.
