耳下腺良性上皮性腫瘍137例の臨床検討

A clinical study on 137 cases of parotid benign epithelial tumors

Ⅰ．はじめに

　耳下腺腫瘍の発生率は年間10万人当たり約1.7例^1）と，必ずしも頻度の高いものではないが，耳鼻咽喉科の日常診療ではしばしば遭遇する疾患である。しかし，その病理組織像は多彩で診断，治療に苦慮することが多い。今回われわれは，当科において入院・加療した耳下腺良性上皮性腫瘍一次治療137例を対象に，その病態および治療を解析しここに報告する。

　137 cases of parotid benign epithelial tumors were clinically studied, and there were pleomorphic adenoma and Warthin tumor occupied 90％ histopathologically.

　Fine-needle aspiration cytology revealed 91.6％ with accuracy, 55.6％ with sensitivity and 98.6％ with specificity.

　All tumors underwent partial parotidectomy. Postoperative complications were 2.2％ with Frey's syndrome and 16.8％ with facial nerve paralysis in which 2.2％ remained permanent.
