Ⅰ　はじめに

　神経鞘腫が頭頸部領域に発生する場合，頸部腫瘤を主症状とすることが多い。下咽頭に発生することは稀であり，渉猟し得た限りでは国内外合わせて15例であった。今回われわれは，下咽頭神経鞘腫の1例を経験した。過去の報告と本症例を併せて考察する。

　Hypopharyngeal neurinoma is rare,and only fifteen cases have been reported in the literature. The preoperative diagnosis is seldom made due to the rarity and lack of characteristic clinical presentations and typical imaging findings. However,predicting neurinoma is a critical step to determine the treatment strategy and reduce potent postoperative complications. A transcervical approach and laryngomicrosurgery are the two possible operating methods for the treatment of hypopharyngeal neurinoma. We report a case of hypopharyngeal neurinoma which was resected under laryngomicrosurgery without tracheostomy. Three-month follow-up examinatnion revealed intact vocal cord mobility and no recurrence of the tumor.
