Ⅰ．緒言
最近われわれは咽頭右側壁，いわゆるparapharyngeal spaceと呼ばれる部位に発生したと思われる神経鞘腫の1例を経験し，摘出したので報告する。
A case of parapharyngeal neurinoma in a woman, aged 54, is reported. From the appearance of the swelling a milgnant lesion of the right palatal tonsil was first suspected. Repeated biopsy failed to reveal any tonsillar tissue. The growth was removed surgically with an uneventful recovery of the patient.
