Ⅰ　はじめに

　多形腺腫は全唾液腺腫瘍の中で55～70％と最も頻度の高い良性腫瘍であり，耳下腺に最も多く発生し，次に顎下腺，小唾液腺に発生すると報告されている^1）。易再発であり，長年経過後に悪性化する可能性があるとされている腫瘍であるが，同時期に複数の領域から発生することは稀である。今回われわれは，同時期に片側耳下腺および顎下腺に発生した多形腺腫の症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　The multiple presentation of distinct tumors in the major salivary glands is rare. The most common tumor with bilateral synchronous development is Warthin's tumor according to the previous reports. The present case showed pleomorphic adenomas arising from the two major salivary glands simulteneously. A female patient was diagnosed with pleomorphic adenomas in the right parotid and the right submandibular glands.
