Ⅰ　はじめに

　転移性甲状腺癌は剖検例での報告は散見されるが，臨床上治療の対象となることは稀である^1）。今回，盲腸癌術後8年を経て甲状腺転移を認め，甲状腺摘出術および両側頸部郭清術を施行した症例を経験したので報告する。

　A 68-year-old woman was treated by right hemicolectomy for caecal cancer in 2001. Afterward,she had lung metastasis treated by VATS in 2004. She visited our hospital with a neck mass in July 2009. The hard mass was palpable in the left lobe of the thyroid. She had multiple lymph nodes swelling. FNABC of the thyroid tumor showed class Ⅴ. Total thyroidectomy and bilateral neck dissection were performed. Pathological findings showed that the tumor consistent with metastasis of caecal cancer.
