Ⅰ．はじめに

　類基底細胞癌（basaloid squamous cell carcinoma：以下，BSCCと略す）は，基底細胞様の異型細胞の存在を特徴とする扁平上皮癌の稀な亜型である^1）。今回，われわれは口腔底に原発した口腔底原発BSCCの1例を経験したので，文献的検討を加えその概要を報告する。

　We report a case of 61-year-old male with BSCC of the oral cavity. Preliminary diagnosis was adenocarcinoma of the oral cavity with a neck lymph node metastasis by biopsy and CT scan. Tumors showed downsizing slightly by neo-adjuvant chemotherapy（CDDP＋5-FU）and were removed by resection of the oral cavity and upper neck dissection. Postoperatively diagnosis was basaloid squmous carcinoma of the oral floor with neck lymph metastasis by histological examinination. Few years later,lung and rib metastasis were found. Palliative chemotherapy（CDDP,5-FU,CBDCA,GEM,S-1）was effective to reduce dyspnea and thoracic pain. The patient has been alived with cancer about three years after diagnosis.
