I．はじめに

　声門後部，特に披裂軟骨声帯突起付近に好発する非特異的喉頭肉芽腫は，種々の治療にもかかわらず再発を繰り返し，治療に難渋することが多い。近年，プロトンポンプ阻害薬（以下，PPIと略す）の有効性も報告されているが^1～4），なお抵抗性のものが存在する。

　今回，われわれは種々の治療に抵抗した非特異的喉頭肉芽腫の3症例に対して，漢方製剤である六君子湯^(R)を投与したところ，肉芽腫の消失を認めたので，若干の文献的考察を含めて報告する。

　Rikkunshitour^(R)is a Chinese drug that had the unique properties on the alimentary tract for stimulating the gastric peristalsis movement and clearance,preparing the adequate flaccid reflux of the the stomach,acce-ratating the wall movement of the duodenum. Recently,it was considered that idiopathic laryngeal granuloma had the causal relation to gastroesophageal reflux disease,even in the absence of identifiable symptoms and findings of gastroesophageal reflux.

　We reported three cases of idiopathic laryngeal granuloma that were intractable to various therapies（PPI medication,steroid inhalation,CO₂laser surgery,steroid injection）. Two cases were completely cured by administration of Rikkunshitou^(R)（case 1 for three months,case 2 for nine months）. The other case（case 3）was treated with combined administaration of PPI and Rikkunshitou^(R),and also cured completely in twelve months.
