喉頭に発生した異所性唾液腺の1例

A case of heterotopic salivary gland of the larynx

Ⅰ．はじめに

　異所性唾液腺とは，通常の大唾液腺，小唾液腺の存在する部位以外の部位に唾液腺組織が存在するものをいう^1）。異所性唾液腺は頭頸部領域に発症することが多く，特に外耳道から鎖骨内側縁を結ぶ仮想線上に発生することが多いと報告されている^1）。しかし，喉頭へ異所性唾液腺が発生したとの報告はわれわれの渉猟し得た範囲ではわずか3例であった（表1）^2,3）。

　今回，われわれは喉頭に発症した異所性唾液腺の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 74-year-old male patient presented with hoarseness for six months. Laryngoscopic finding revealed that a red and smooth mass was occupied anterior portion of the false vocal fold on the left side. After, resection of the mass under the direct laryngoscopy with CO₂ LASER（vestibulectomy）for two times, his voice was recovered completely. Pathological examination found chronic inflammation of heterotopic salivary gland with salivary stone and concentrated saliva, which dilated salivary ducts.
