Abstract 文献概要

　網膜ぶどう膜炎型の眼病変を有するベーチェット病患者で，シクロスポリン投与により最終発作以後1年間以上の寛解を得られた12例19眼を対象として，レーザーフレアセルメーターを用いてその血液房水関門機能を検討した。患者群の最終発作から6か月後と1年後における房水蛋白濃度は正常対照群に比べて有意に高値を示したが，2年後では正常対照群とほぼ同じ値を示した。また年齢の若い症例ほど房水蛋自濃度が早く正常化する傾向があり，年齢と蛋白濃度の間に有意な相関が認められた。しかし罹患年数と房水蛋白濃度の間には有意な相関は認められなかった。

We quantitated the protein concentration in the anterior chamber in 19 eyes of 12 patients with Behçet's disease. All the eyes were during the phase of remission with no acute attacks for at least one year. A flare-cell meter was used in the quantita-tion. At 6 and 12 months after the last attack, the protein concentration in the aqueous in these eyeswas significantly elevated than in normal controls. At 2 years or more after the last attack, there was no significant difference in the protein level between these patients and normal controls. There was a positive correlation between the age of patients and the protein concentration in the aque-ous. There was no correlation between the duration of the disease and the rate recovery.
