Abstract 文献概要

（P1-1-27）　定型網膜色素変性症に黄斑円孔を合併した症例に硝子体手術を行い，視機能の良好な改善を得られた1例を経験した。症例は35歳男性で両眼に網膜色素変性症，右眼にStage2の黄斑円孔を生じた。硝子体手術を行い，円孔閉鎖が得られ，矯正視力は術前0.3から術後12に回復し，Titmus Stereo　Testも術前circle 1／9から術後9／9に改善した。本症例では35歳と若年であったが，術前硝子体の液化が強く，後部硝子体が未剥離で，円孔周囲にセロファン様反射がみられたことなどから，特発性黄斑円孔と同様の機序が生じていると考えられた。

A 35-year-old male presented with bilateral retinitis pigmentosa and stage 2 macular hole in his right eye. Vitreous surgery induced closure of the hole and the visual acuity improved from 0.3 to 1.2. Score by Titmus Stereo Test improved from circle 1/9 to 9/9. The affected eye showed advanced vitreous liquefaction, absence of posterior vitreous detachment and cellophane-like reflex around the hole, suggesting that the macular hole was idiopathic in spite of the age of the patient and the presence of retinitis pigmentosa.
