（B2-2-14）　特発性の網膜色素上皮裂孔の自然経過を光干渉断層計（OCT）で観察した。症例は61歳の女性。右眼後極部に4×3乳頭径大の色素上皮剥離があり，中心窩を含む耳側半分に半月形の色素上皮裂孔があった。OCTでは，裂孔部は色素上皮の高反射層を欠き，非裂孔部との境界では色素上皮が脈絡膜側に巻き込まれて．厚い高反射層となっていた。色素上皮が欠損した裂孔部では，脈絡膜は深部まで強い反射を示した。色素上皮が翻転した部分では，脈絡膜の反射が著しく減弱していた。約6週間後に色素上皮剥離は復位したが，脈絡膜の強い反射は持続していた。色素上皮裂孔部は5か月後には白色組織に覆われたが．脈絡膜の反射亢進は続いていた。

We observed the natural course of retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) tear in a 61-year-old female using an optical coherence tomograph (OCT). In cross-sectional image, no high-reflective layer was present in the area of RPE tear where the reflectivity of the choroid was increased.Rolled RPE flap at the margin of the tear showed high reflectivity. Six weeks when the RPE tear underwent spontaneous resolution, high reflectivity of the choroid was still present in the tear area. This finding persisted for at least 5 months.
