Abstract 文献概要

（P2-2-51）　73歳男性の網膜剥離術後眼に超音波乳化吸引術による白内障手術を行い，シリコーン眼内レンズを嚢内固定した。2か月で前憂の著明な収縮を生じ，YAGレーザー前嚢切開術を行い，レンズの偏位なく経過した。2年後，後発白内障にYAGレーザー後嚢切開術を行った。しかし，白内障術後3年以上経過して，水晶体嚢が著明に収縮し，チン小帯断裂を生じ，レンズが亜脱臼した。このため，水晶体嚢ごとシリコーン眼内レンズを摘出し，前部硝子体切除，眼内レンズ毛様溝縫着術を行い，良好な視力を得た。

A 73-year-old male underwent cataract surgery using phacoemulsification and in-the-bag fixation of silicone intraocular lens (IOL) in his right eye. Retinal detachment surgery had been performed in the same eye 9 years before. The anterior capsular started to contract 2 months later and was successfully treated by anterior capsulotomy with Nd: YAG laser. Posterior capsulotomy with Nd:YAG laser was performed another 2 years later. Subluxation of IOL developed 3 years after IOL implantation due to further contracture of the lens capsular and zonular dialysis. Full visuals acuity was obtained after extraction of the lens capsule with IOL, anterior vitrectomy and sulcus fixation of another PMMA IOL.
