Abstract 文献概要

（18-レセ2-29）　小切開眼内レンズ（以下，IOL）の偏位（傾斜と偏心）と後発白内障を前眼部画像解析装置EAS1OOOを用いて定量し，その関係について検討した。その結果，IOLの偏位はシリコーンIOLでは術後1か月から術後6か月まで強く生じていた。しかしその後減少し，術後3年では各IOLの間に差をみなかった。後発白内障の混濁はシリコーンIOLでは術後3か月から1年まで有意差を認めた。一方，PMMAIOLでは術後1年以後，混濁は上昇した。偏心と後発白内障の相関は術後1年においてアクリルIOLでみられた。

We reviewed the relationship between aftercataract and decentration following small-incision intraocular lens (IOL) in 75 eyes. Acrylic IOL was implanted in 25 eyes, silicone IOL in 25 eyes and PMMA IOL, 5.5 mm in diameter, in 25 eyes. An anterior segment analysis system (EAS 1000) was used in the evaluation. In silicone IOL group, decentration was greater from 1 to 6 months after surgery. It decreased gradually and showed no difference from other two groups at 3 years after surgery. The aftercataract showed no defference from 1 to 12 months in the silicone IOL group. The aftercataract increased after one year of surgery in PMMA IOL group. There was no significant correlation between decentration and aftercataract in the acrylic IOL group.
