（19-レセ2-7）　全身または眼に合併症のある23例33眼に日帰り白内障手術を行った。全身合併症は，高血圧24眼，糖尿病11眼，喘息3眼であり，眼合併症は開放隅角緑内障4眼と硝子体手術後の1眼であった。術後の視力，眼圧，前房フレア，角膜内皮細胞数について，各合併症による特徴はなく，結果は良好であった。術後に全身合併症が増悪した症例があった。日帰り白内障手術では，このような事態に対応できるシステムが必要と結論される。

We performed cataract surgery on the outpatient basis on 33 eyes of 23 patients with systemic or eye complica-tions. Systemic complications comprised systemic hypertension 24 eyes, diabetes mellitus 11 eyes and asthma 3 eyes. Eye complications included primary open angle glaucoma 4 eyes and history of vitrectomy 1 eye. There were no differences regarding postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, aqueous flare or corneal endothelial cell population compared with 41 eyes of 35 cataract patients without complications. Some cases manifested aggravation of systemic complications. We advocate suitable measures for such situations when performing outpatient cataract surgery.
