（17-P2-11）　18歳男性が，鈍性外傷を契機とした右眼の霧視と視力低下で受診した。矯正視力は右0.4，左1.2。前眼部は正常で，両眼底に網脈絡膜の肉芽腫が多発し，右眼には網膜静脈分枝閉塞症様の出血があった。全身的検索でサルコイドーシスと診断した。プレドニゾロン全身投与で7か月後に肉芽腫が消失し，右眼視力が回復した。

A 18-year-old male presented with blurring and visual impairment in his right eye following minor blunt trauma. The corrected visual acuity was 0.4 right and 1.2 left. The anterior ocular segment was normal. Funduscopy showed multiple retinochoroidal granuloma in both eyes and retinal hemorrhage simulating branch retinal vein occlusion in the right. Systemic examinations led to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. Peroral prednisolone resulted in improvement of fundus findings and of visual acuity 7 months later.
