　過去11年間の結節性硬化症15例の眼科所見を検索した。初診時の年齢は4か月から23歳，中央値9歳であった。網膜腫瘍が13例87％にあり，年齢1歳未満児8例中6例にあった。平均5年5か月の経過観察中，新規の腫瘍出現が5例，腫瘍の数の増加が2例，腫瘍の増大が1例にあった。本症例群では，網膜腫瘍の頻度が従来の報告よりも高頻度であった。

We reviewed the eye involvements in 15 cases of tuberous sclerosis during the past 11-year period. The ages at initial examination ranged from 4 months to 23 years, median 9 years. Retinal tumors were present in 13 eyes, 87%. Retinal tumors were present in 6 of 8 infants before 1 year of age. During the average follow up of 5 years 5 months, there were development of new tumors developed in 5 cases, increase in the number of tumor in 2 cases and enlargement of the tumor in one. The incidence of retinal tumors in this series was higher than reported in literature.
