Abstract 文献概要

　過去8年間に施行した，側方アプローチ法（クレーンライン法）による眼窩腫瘍摘出術12例の術後合併症について検討した。症例の病理組織学的診断は眼窩炎性偽腫瘍6例，悪性リンパ腫2例，髄膜腫，神経鞘腫，血管外皮腫，多形腺腫はそれぞれ1例ずつであった。そのうちの5例に合併症がみられ，内訳はリンパ系腫瘍4例，髄膜腫1例であった。全例とも腫瘍は筋漏斗内に及んでいた。術後合併症は腫瘍の局在だけでなく，腫瘍の性質にもかなり依存すると考えられた。

We reviewed 12 cases of orbital tumor regarding complications after surgery through lateral orbitotomy approach during the past 8 years. The histopathological diagnosis was 6 cases of pseudoinflammatory orbital tumor, 2 of malignant lymphoma, each one of meningioma, schwannoma, hemangiopericytoma and plemorphic adenoma. Complications including restricted ocular motility, ptosis and impaired visual acuity or visual field developed in 5 cases. These 5 cases comprised 4 cases of lymphatic tumor and one of meningioma. The tumor was located within the muscle cone in all the 5 cases. It appeared that the postoperative complications were related to the location and the characteristics of the tumor.
