眼症状で初発した肺癌の眼窩内および脈絡膜転移例

Orbital and choroidal metastasis led to detection of bronchogenic carcinoma. Report of a case

　左眼瞼腫脹を初発とした肺癌の，眼窩内および脈絡膜転移と考えられる43歳女性の一症例を報告した。

　頭部CT scanで左眼窩内に腫瘍陰影を認め，また，胸部X線撮影にて左肺門部に異常陰影がみられたため全身検索を行った。肺生検の結果と脈絡膜にも転移がみつかったことより，本例は肺癌の眼窩内および脈絡膜転移であると考えた。

　本邦では，肺癌の脈絡膜転移の報告は稀であるが，肺癌の増加と共に，今後このような症例は増加していくと考えられ，注意が必要であると思われる。

A 43-year-old woman presented with painful swelling of left upper eyelid with progressive proptosis since 2 months before. We detected tumorous lesion in the left orbit. During the ensuing weeks she developed choroidal tumor of presumedmetastatic nature in both eyes. We detected bron-chogenic lung carcinoma which proved to be adenocarcinoma on biopsy. The orbital and chor-oidal tumors were apparently metastases from the lung carcinoma.
