　新生血管黄斑症を合併し，特発性に視力が改善した脈絡膜骨腫の1例を報告した。症例は15歳女性で，急激な左眼視力低下を主訴に当科を受診した。左眼眼底に，軽度の隆起を伴う境界明瞭な黄白色病変，漿液性網膜剥離，網膜下出血を認めた。超音波検査，GT検査から脈絡膜骨腫と確定診断された。螢光眼底造影にて，黄斑部新生血管からの漏出を確認した。約1か月の保存的療法による経過観察後，新生血管は消失し，視力も著明に改善した。

A 15-year-old girl sought medical advice for reduced vision in the left eye. Funduscopy showed a well-defined yellowish- white lesion, serous retinal detachment and subretinal hemorrhage in the eye. The elevated lesion was located in the papillomacular area. Ultrasonography and computed tomography led to the diagnosis of choroidal osteoma. Fluorescein angiography showed choroidal neovascularization in the fovea. The neovascularization disappeared spontaneously in one week followed by improved visual acuity.
