  • Look Inside

A 58-year-old male noticed gradually aggravat-ing metamorphopsia in his left eye. Funduscopy showed large excavated retinochoroidal scar, pre-sumed to be toxoplasmic in nature, in the posterior fundus in both eyes. Fluorescein angiography re-vealed the presence of subretinal neovascular mem-brane nasal to the fovea in the left eye. Argon laser photocoagulation resulted in disappearance of the neovascular membrane and metamorphopsia.
