カリジノゲナーゼの網脈絡膜血流に対する影響

Effect of peroral kallidinogenase on the chorioretinal blood flow in normal humans

要約　末梢循環改善薬であるカリジノゲナーゼが網脈絡膜血流に及ぼす影響を，眼疾患のない10人10眼について検索した。カリジノゲナーゼを1日量150IUとして4週間経口投与し，その前後で網脈絡膜血流量を測定した。測定には，走査レーザードップラー血流計（scanning laser doppler flowmeter）を使用した。血流パラメータの値は，投与前218.7±30.9，投与後262.3±49.3であり，両者間にpaired-t検定で有意差があった（p＜0.01）。カリジノゲナーゼ内服で正常者の網脈絡膜血流が増加すると結論される。

Abstract.　We evaluated the effect of kallidinogenase on the fundus blood flow in 10 eyes of 10 normal humans. Each test person received kallidinogenase perorally at the daily dosis of 150IU for 4 weeks. Before and after administration,chorioretinal blood flow was measured using a scanning laser doppler flowmeter. The arbitrary value for blood flow averaged 218.7±30.9 before and 262.3±49.3 after administration. The dlfference was significant（paired-t test,p＜0.01）. The finding shows that peroral kallidinogenase induces an increase in chorioretinal blood flow in normal persons.
