5例の脱臼水晶体を手術的に治療したので，その術式を記載した。硝子体切除を併用し，水晶体を輪部創から摘出，または眼内で破砕，切除した。完全脱臼水晶体のうち1例では，パーフルオロカーボンで水晶体を浮遊させて輪部切開創から摘出した。パーフルオロカーボンを用いた手技は術中合併症もなく，容易に行え，有用な方法であると思われた。
We surgically treated 5 eyes with lens dislocation into the vitreous. The lens was either removed through the corneoscleral wound or fractured and aspirated through vitrectomy cutter. In an eye withtotally dislocated lens, the lens was floated by perfluorocarbon and was removed through the limbal wound. Perfluorocarbon seemed to be the method of choice because of ease of surgical mani-pulation and apparent safety.
