　74歳女性に上眼瞼腫瘤として発症した，涙腺多形性腺腫の1例を報告した。腫瘍は主涙腺眼瞼部から発生したと考えられたが，異所性涙腺または副涙腺由来の可能性も否定はできなかった。上眼瞼腫瘍が眼窩に及んでいるのをみた場合には，涙腺上皮性腫瘍の可能性も考慮しなければならない。

A 74-year-old female presented with indolent and enlarging tumor in her left upper eyelid of 3 months' duration. After surgical removal, it proved to be pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland.It seemed to have arised in the palpebral lobe of the lacrimal gland but could not be sharply differentiat-ed from tumors arising in the ectopic or accessory lacrimal glands. The case illustrates that an epith-elial tumor of the lacrimal gland is a possibility in upper eyelid tumor extending into the orbit.
