Abstract 文献概要

　頭髪，眉毛，睫毛の限局性乏毛症と，後極部網膜に色素斑が出現する黄斑部変性症を合併する13歳男児例について報告した。歯科医より軽度のエナメル質低形成も指摘されている。矯正視力は右0.3，左0.2。螢光眼底造影検査で色素上皮の異常を示すwindow defect phenomenonが認められる。EOGはsubnomalで，single flash，rod，photopic（cone） ERGはともに正常である。色覚は右眼正常，左眼が軽度に異常である。夜盲の自覚はない。眼底異常に関する検査所見は錐体ジストロフィーの特徴と異なっており，種々の議論はあるものの，現時点では中心性網膜色素変性症の概念に包括される異常と考えられる。両親の血族結婚はなく，他に家系内異常者のいない孤発例である。

A 13-year-old boy presented with bilateral pri-mary macular dystrophy. Funduscopy showed pig-mented clumps in the posterior fundus. Visual acu-ity was 0.3 right and 0.2 left.

Fluorescein angiography showed window defect due to damaged retinal pigment epithelium. He manifested hypotrichosis in the brow, cilia andscalp hair in addition to imperfect enamelogenesis of teeth. Electrooculogram was subnormal. Single flash, rod and photopic (cone) electroretinograms were normal. Color vision was normal in the right eye and slightly abnormal in the left. Night blind-ness was absent. These findings showed the macular dystrophy to be different from cone dystro-phy. We presumed this case to be central retinitis pigmentosa. There was no consanguinity of parents nor similar affection in relatives.
