We observed three cases of fundus albipunctatus associated with cone dystrophy and other macular lesions. The cases were a female aged 19 years and two males aged 37 years and 54 years each. All the three cases had night blindness and numerous white spots in the fundus with additional varying clinical features. Dark adaptation was prolonged in all. After 2 hours, the visual threshold was normal in one case and slightly elevated in the other two. One case showed macular abnormality resembling pattern dystrophy of retinal pigment epithelium. Another showed bull's eye maculopathy. Amplitude of flicker electroretino-gram was decreased more in older than in younger cases. There clinical features suggest age-related progression of fundus punctatus.
