　先天性緑内障を伴うSturge-Weber症候群を経験し，日齢14日に線維柱帯切除術を施行する機会を得た。隅角線維柱帯を中心とした微細構造の検索を行い，虹彩の高位付着，未熟なシュレム管—線維柱組織などの房水流出路閉塞所見を認めた。術中に拡張した著明な上強膜血管網もみられた。房水流出路閉塞と上強膜血管腫のそれぞれが本症に合併した先天性緑内障の原因と考えられた。

A case of Sturge-Weber syndrome congenital glaucoma is presented. A trabeculectomy with peripheral iridectomy was done at the 14th days of age. A prominent episcleral vascular plexus was noted beneath the incised bulbar conjunctiva. A trabeculectomy specimen was examined histopath-ologically, and it was suggested that high insertion of the iris, prematurity of the trabecular meshwork -Schlemm's canal complex, and the episclral hemangioma might be the causes of early onset glaucoma in our case.
