要約　目的：造血器の悪性疾患に関連した眼底病変に対し，前房水のpolymerase chain reaction（PCR）を行って鑑別診断をした2症例の報告。症例：それぞれ47歳と33歳の男性で，1例には成人T細胞白血球リンパ腫（ATL），ほかの1例には急性骨髄性白血病があった。1例には片眼のサイトメガロウイルス（CMV）網膜炎が疑われ，ほかの1例には片眼の網膜出血と白斑が生じた。前房水のPCRを行い，1例ではヘルペスウイルス属がすべて陰性でATLの眼内浸潤と診断した。ほかの1例ではCMVが検出され，ガンシクロビルの硝子体注射で軽快した。結論：造血器の悪性疾患に関連した眼底病変が生じた2症例に対し，前房水のPCRが鑑別診断に有用であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report cases of hematopoietic malignancy with involvement of the fundus that could be diagnosed after polymerase chain reaction（PCR）of aspirated aqueous humor. Cases：Both were males aged 47 and 33 years respectively. Adult T-cell leukemia（ATL）was present in one case and acute myeloid leukemia in the other. One case showed fundus lesion simulating cytomegalovirus（CMV）retinitis. The other case showed retinal hemorrhage and exudates. In the first case, PCR of aqueous was negative for all herpesvirus species, leading to the diagnosis of ocular infiltration of ATL. In the second case, PCR showed CMV in the aqueous. Vitreal injection of ganciclovir was followed by improvement. Conclusion：PCR of aspirated aqueous was useful in the diagnosis in 2 cases of hematopoietic malignancy with fundus involvement.
