　周辺表層角膜移植はいわゆる治療的角膜移植術に属する手術である．本法は主に角膜入手の困難さから施行される機会が少なかったが，eye bankの整備に伴い，その施行例も増加しつつある．われわれは，角膜穿孔，再発を繰り返す翼状片，結膜扁平上皮癌の3例にこの手術を施行し，全例で良好な結果を得ることができた．本法は，これらの前眼部疾患に対し，従来の結膜被覆術や単なる切除術より良好な結果を期待できるものと考える．

We performed therapeutic lamellar peripheral keratoplasty in 3 cases to relieve fungal infection with threatening perforation of the cornea, granula-tion and restricted eye movement after repeated pterygium surgery, and squamous cell carcinoma of the bulbar conjunctive each. Gratifying results were obtained in all the 3 cases, e.g. cure and recovery of vision in the case with corneal infection free eye movement in the case with pterygium, and lasting cure in the case with conjunctival car-cinoma. The present procedure seemed to be supe-rior to conventional surgical procedures.
