Abstract 文献概要
1ページ目 Look Inside

　17歳女子の右眼に見られたinterstitial linear keratitisの観察により，以下のごとき結果が得られた．

（1）患者はソフトコンタクトレンズ（SCL）装用者であった．

（2）本例がSCL装用者であったという点を除けば，Grabner,Schwabらの症例と同様，若年若，片眼性で，角膜を横切って強角膜輪部から対側の輪部まで伸展したsemicircularfashionを示し，その線状混濁はボーマン層〜前部実質に位置していた．

（3）ステロイド点眼にて速やかな改善が得られ，現在までのところ線状病変の遊走や再発はなく，軽度の血管侵入を伴う瘢痕を残して治癒状態にある．

（4）血清梅毒反応は陰性で，他の全身検査にても原因を示唆する様なデータは得られなかったが，病因として免疫反応の関与が想定された．

A 17-year-old girl, a wearer of soft contact lens for the past 8 months, presented with a linear infiltration in the cornea in her right eye. The keratitic lesion was located in the Bowman's layer and the anterior stroma, and extended as a semi-circular line from limbus to limbus. These features led to the diagnosis of interstitial linear keratitis.

The condition rapidly improved with topical corticosteroid therapy. Currently, there was no tendency for migration of the lesion. We interpreted the lesion as probably immunological in nature.
