標準色覚検査表第2部後天異常用の検出能力—その1．正常者について

Detection rate of acquired color defects by standard Pseudoisochromatic plates Part 2.: Report 1 Normal response

　6歳から79歳までの正常者227名について，SPP part 2を検査し，またさらにSPP part 2をすべて正読できた正常者5名に各種プラスレンズを負荷して視力を低下させて，SPP part 2を検討して，以下の結論を得た．

（1） SPP part 2の第3表の文字「2」は，正常者の87.2％が読めず，判定には役立たない．

（2） SPP part 2の他の19文字は，正常者の93.8％が正読できることから，19文字中1文字でも読めない時は，異常を疑うべきである．

（3）60歳以上の高齢者では，眼疾患がなくてもSPP part 2の誤読がみられるが，3文字以上誤ることはなかった．

（4）正常者の誤りの特徴は，青黄異常検出用に作られた第3表の文字「2」（正常者の87.2％が誤った）と赤緑異常検出用に作られた第12表の文字「4」（正常者の6.2％が誤った）を誤りがほとんどであることだった．

（5）近見視力0.2までは，ほとんど実験的な屈折負荷では，SPP part 2の判読に視力低下の影響は現われなかった．したがって，臨床的にSPP part 2を使用する場合かならずしも視力矯正を十分する必要がないと思われた．

We examined 227 normal subjects with the useof Standard Pseudoisochromatic Plates Part 2 (SPP-2). The ages ranged from 6 to 79 years.

The left numeral on Plate 3 was missed by all except 29 subjects (failure rate : 87%). A misread-ing of this plate, therefore, has no diagnostic value and is to be considered as normal response.

Out of 19 numerals of SPP-2, except the left one on Plate 3, at least 17 were correctly read by 198 subjects (94%). Subjects aged over 60 tended to show a higher rate in this minor false positive re-sponse.

A group of 5 color-normal subjects were asked to read the SPP-2 under artificially induced refra-ctive errors induced by glasses. The reading abillity of Spp-2 was independent of visual loss in the near so long as the visual acuity level is more than 0.2.
