傍乳頭血管腫を伴ったvon Hippel Lindau病の症例

Juxtapapillary angioma in a case of von Hippel Lindau disease

　von Hippel Lindau病による網膜血管腫は一般に耳側周辺部に好発するが，今回非常に稀な傍乳頭血管腫を経験したので報告した。

　症例は30歳男性で頸髄，胸髄に多発する脊髄血管芽腫のため整形外科からの紹介で眼科初診した。眼底には左眼傍乳頭耳側に大きな血管腫を認めた。

　腫瘍は螢光眼底撮影にて網膜血管腫と診断した。

A 30-year-old male referred to us due to multiple angioblastoma in the spine. He had noted gradually decreasing vision in his left eye since 4 years before.We observed the presence of a large angioma just temporal to the optic disc in the left eye. Fluores-cein angiographic findings were compatible with the diagnosis of retinal angioma.
