Abstract 文献概要

（1） Nystagmus blockage syndromeに対してposterior fixation sutureを施行した2例について報告した。

（2） Posterior fixation sutureは，筋のバランスを変化させることが少なく，また手術手技も比較的簡単であると思われた。

（3）斜視角が30△以上あるものは後転を併用した方がよいが，20△以下の場合は後転しない方がよいと考えた。

（4）手術効果の判定にENGが有用であった。

We performed posterior fixation suture opera-tion in 2 cases of nystagmus blockage syndrome. The surgery was performed on both eyes on dif-ferent sessions. The initial deviation between 10 and 20 PD in the primary position became ortho-pAoric after surgery in one case. In the other case, the preopeartive deviation between 35 and 45 PD decreased to less than 15 PD of esotropia. It ap-peared that the combination of posterior fixation suture with recession of the meidal rectus muscle might be more appropriate to cases with deviation of 30 PD or more. Electronystagmography (ENG) was useful in the evaluation of postsurgical effects.
