Posterior cornealvesiclesの1例

A case of posterior corneal vesicles

　形態的には後部多形性角膜内皮変性症と類似していながら，片眼性であって家族歴のないposteriorcorneal vesiclesと考えられた15歳女子の1例を報告した。

　本症例は，視力低下はいくぶん強いものの変性巣自体は正常部に比して前房側に隆起し，横方向に生じたほぼ平行にならぶ二重線で作られた幅広いバンドや，変性巣末端が収斂しないなど形態的特徴は後部多形性角膜内皮変性症に類似していた。

　視力予後に与える影響は少ないと思われるが，角膜内皮の機能低下による角膜実質や上皮の浮腫を生じた後部多形性角膜内皮変性症の症例があり，緑内障との合併頻度も高いとされ，注意を要するものと考える。

A 15-year-girl presented with unilateral posterior corneal vesicles. There was no positive familial history. The visual acuity in the affected eye was 0.3. The vesicles in the corneal endothelium was localized within a horizontal band. There was no opacity in the Descemet' s membrane. The findings simulated posterior polymorphous dystrophy of the cornea.
