Abstract 文献概要
1ページ目 Look Inside

　第1色覚異常9名，第2色覚異常29名，第3色覚異常4名，杆体一色型色覚2名について，標準色覚検査表第2部後天異常用（SPP part 2）で検査して，以下の結論を得た．

（1）第1色覚異常，第2色覚異常ともに，SPP part 2の赤緑色覚異常検出用5文字の内第12表の文字「4」をほとんど間違えず，他の4文字はほとんど間違えた．

（2）第1色覚異常，第2色覚異常ともに，SPP part 2の青黄色覚異常検出用11文字の内第3表の文字「2」のみを誤ったが，誤りは第1色覚異常に少なかった．

（3）第1色覚異常，第2色覚異常ともに，SPP part 2の第5表の文字「2」を多く誤り，この文字は特定の色覚異常の検出用に作られていないが，赤緑色覚異常検出用にすべきであると考えた．

（4）第3色覚異常は，SPP part 2の青黄色覚異常文字以外をほとんど間違えなかった．

（5）杆体一色型色覚は，SPP part 2を全表誤読した．

We evaluated 42 subjects with congenital color vision defects with the use of Standard Pseudoiso-chromatic Plates Part 2 (SPP-part 2). The subjects included protanopia (4 cases), protanomalia (5), deuteanopia (11), deuteanomalia (18), tritanopia (1) and incomplete tritanopia (3).

The left numeral on plate Nr. 3 was missed by almost all the congenital color defective subjects. It was read correctly by 1 case of deuteanomalia and 2 each of protanopia and protanomalia.

The left numeral on plate Nr. 12 were missed by all congenital color defective subjects except 2 cases of protanopia.

All the plates intended for blue-yellow defective were missed by the subject with tritanopia. All the numerals in the SPP-part 2, except those intended for blue-yellow defectives, were read correctly by subjects with tritanopia.
