　61症例の小児におけるvon Recklinghausen病の眼科的所見について検討した。

　その結果，合併するものとしては虹彩小結節が最も多く，34例，55.7％に認められた。虹彩小結節を認めた最小年齢は生後4カ月であったが，その出現頻度は年齢とともに高くなる傾向を示した。その他の眼科的所見としては，視神経萎縮2例，眼圧上昇および眼球突出をみたもの1例，網膜腫瘍を疑わせる網膜変性巣を認めたもの1例，眼底に色素斑を認めたもの1例，コーツ病様変化を認めたもの1例であった。

We evaluated the ocular manifestaions of neuro-fibromatosis (von Recklinghausen) in a consecu-tive series of 61 cases seen during the past 13-year-period. Iris nodules were the most frequent ocular manifestation of the disease and were found in 56% of the cases. Iris nodules occurred bilaterally in 26 and unilaterally in 8 cases. The earliest age at which iris nodules were detected was 4 months. The incidence of iris nodules increased with ad-vance of age, apparently due to gradual prolifera-tion of tissue derived from the neural ectoderm at this period.
