Von Recklinghausen病の特異型

UNUSUAL TYPE OF VON RECKLINGHAUSEN'S DISEASE

　東大脳神経外科を訪れたvon Reckdinghausen病のうち前側頭部搏動性膨隆と同側眼球突出を示す特異な頭部変形を示した2例について手術所見，病理組織所見を中心に紹介し若干の文献的考察を加えた。

　1）　本頭部変形は部位的にきわめて特徴的で，上眼瞼より側頭部にいたる皮膚の象皮病様変化と，その搏動性膨隆，

　2）　頭部単純撮影で前側頭泉門に相当する部分の骨欠損，前頭蓋底，トルコ鞍の変形，

　3）　同側眼球突出，

　4）　骨欠損部硬脳膜，軟膜の反応性肥厚と該部脳実質の萎縮，

　などを特徴とする。

This is a report on two case of an unusual manifestation of von Recklinghausen's disease show-ing elephantiastic skin change and deformity of the head which revealed pulsatile bulging in the fronto-temporal region and ipsilateral exophthalmos. Sub-cutaneous neurofibroma, round bone defect of the skull, and thickened turbid pachy-and lepto men-inges were found at the cranioplastic operiltions in these cases. The authors have reviewed the experi-ences in their clinic and discussed on such a type of von Reckhnghausen's disease in the literature.
